I picked up a Bodyguard 380 this weekend as a potential replacement for my daily carry Kel-Tec P3AT.

First, some positive observations: the little gun is very nicely made and finished, and it was completely reliable right out of the box. Overall, a real jewel.

Second, I observed something odd when changing ammo. Started out with Winchester white box and (at 12 yards) was getting acceptable groups, with no appreciable difference between slow and rapid fire. Then I switched to a box of American Eagle, and the point of impact appears to have moved approximately six inches to the left!

I've never before observed a lateral POI shift from a change of ammunition. Has anyone else encountered this before?

I have a BG380 and it shoots good never had it do that, only problem I have had was the laser batteries getting out of place from the recoil of the monster haha lol it looks weak but it has a lil kick !

Mine shoots Winchester or Remington about the same POI. Something else is going on probably with your sights if the windage has shifted 6". Safe bet that it is not the ammo.
