Botach Tactical -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

As I've posted several times over the last 6 weeks, I placed an order with Botach for PMags. I've tried numorouse times to call, email, "live" chat, and Facebook them to get some kind of information on my order.

Nothing. They've charged my card but my order status hasn't changed from the moment I placed the order.

Today I received this via e-mail.

The last 60 days have been a real challenge for us and all the people in our industry. We are doing our absolute best to ship orders, answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Please Note: Even as manufacturers are slowly starting to release goods we are NOT getting nearly enough products to fill the massive orders we received.

In order to be fair to all our customers as product arrives, we will reduce quantities on hi-capacity magazines to a maximum of 3 per customer, as we have received orders of higher quantities than we can offer at this moment.

Be advised that due to the high demand we are unable to provide ETA on magazines and all related products. We are constantly receiving shipments from various vendors and processing orders on a first come first served basis. Your credit/debit card has NOT been charged until your order is ready to ship.

Ya I just checked my emails and I got the same email from Botach. Oh well I'll just sit back and wait because what is out there now is either double or triple the price and I won't pay it!:mad:

Same here, I have a few Mags on hand, so I'm not in desperate need, plus I have mags coming form Intense Tactical, Sportsman's Guide, and Primay Arms.

The order from Botach is a small one, so I'll ride it out and see where it goes.

Still irritating and very poor customer service. :mad:
