Got a M&P .45acp-

mandp.jpg

Picked it up yesterday. Line NIB, for $400. The owner only ran a few mags through it and decided it was not for him. I held one of the first M&P 9mm's when they came out and liked the grip and the look, but was wary of them, having had a Sigma once.

After the M&P torture test on Pistol Training.com-pistol-training.com M&P Monday

I decided I would take a 2nd look. After selling my HK USP 45 Compact for more than I had in it, I found this locally from a private seller.

Tomorrow it gets it first real range trip, 500 rounds. It passes, it just might replace the Glock 23 as a daily carry.

Nice! I just picked up an M&P9 LE model the other day myself. Previous owner had it for 5-days (his original receipt came with the pistol) before I bought it. Had absolutely ZERO rounds through it, and I got it for $150 less than what he paid. These are great guns, hope you enjoy your .45!

It passed with flying colors today. I was only able to run 450 rounds through it before the guys trying sight in their lever guns and slug guns for gun season, which starts on Sat, ruined the day.

"only 450 rounds"? lol
I've never done that much shooting with one handgun in one range session. :)

Nice Pistol!

Nice Pistol!

My rule is if it can do 500 rounds on it's maiden voyage, then I can trust it.
