They were funny at times but largely I changed the channel. I was a teen in my Hogan's Heroes rerun days. I liked Perry Mason reruns too. Maybe British humor escaped me some times. Benny Hill was definitely funnier.

John Cleese was epic in Fawlty Towers. My father couldn't get enough of "Are You Being Served" and "Keeping Up Appearances".
