I am trying to duplicate the 38-200 load used by British forces just prior to WWII. Anyone know where to buy .361" diameter lead round nose bullets? Note that this is NOT a 38 S&W Special.

No, but .358 lead bullets will serve just as well. And that load was never called the .38-200 by the British. It was the .380 Revolver, Mark I.

Matt's Bullets should be able to fill your needs. When I get too lazy or rushed to cast my own, I've been very pleased with the bullets from Matt's. They've been packed well, they're accurate in my handguns, and they ship them PDQ.

I tried to get on Matts Bullets website with no luck. Then suddenly it started working. I placed an order. Then it quit again. They must be losing a lot of customers with the website like that.

I just went to the Missouri Bullet website. I already have 200 from Matt's and 200 from Western on the way and 200 from a fellow on the cast boolit forum. The Missouri price is pretty decent, wish I had seen them first.

I built some 38/200 ammo for a top break Enfield revolver. At the time it was difficult to find data but I finally did. I just wanted to match the WWII load like the OP. They are fun to shoot and hit surprisingly hard for a slower moving bullet.

Missouri Bullet does have good prices, and their product is excellent. Unless I missed it, they don't offer the 200 grain bullet you wanted.
