I just got off the phone with Brownells. I finally spoke to a woman that was actually willing to give out some info instead of the standard "we don't know".

They are filling orders from 12/21/12. There are 99,000 still on back order...... their next shipment is due in mid May....they have only been getting in a couple of thousand each shipment.

Not good news, I thought things were moving faster than that. If a customer as large as Brownells is only getting a couple of thousand every few months it's going to take a couple of years before they catch up.

They told me the same thing last month when I called. They were working on orders placed on 12/21/12. It will be Christmas for me when they finally come in. It will really be a surprise when they get here. Oh well, I will patiently wait.

Hey that's better then S&W I ordered 12/21 still no order for me but severial here on the forum ordered as late as 12/27 and received theirs.

Magpul is flooding Colorado with mags while it's still a free state. I'll wait so that our friends that have to put up with the ban can buy all they want before it's implemented.

Orders must have really intensified around 12/21 if they are still working on those orders. I ordered a ten pack on that day. They were shipped on 2/27 and arrived a couple of days later.

I wonder how many of those are showing up on GB and other sites.

I GAVE UP:mad: I had several orders placed through different distributors for a total of 30 P-mags way back in Dec. and all I got was "they are on order with no ETA" so I said screw it, I cancelled all P-mag orders! So just last week I had gotten an email from a place called AIM and they had Troy Battle Mags. for $14.95 a piece plus $10.80 for shipping, I JUMPED ON IT! I placed the order on 04/02 & received them on 04/10 :D .... So as far as I'm concerned they can take their P-mags & stick them where the sun don't shine!

The local prices of Pmags are down drastically. Pretty much down to the normal prices as for what i've been seeing. They were $29 at the LGS and now they are down to $19 for windows. Still above the normal price a bit, but it is good to see them staying in stock again.

I'm still waiting on another box, but that could take forever to get here. And im surely not cancelling that order. If it were less than a box, i'd cancel and buy more locally. But in this case, i'm sticking to it.

Today, I received an email saying mine had shipped. Caught me totally by surprise. Ordered 12/26

No longer worth the wait if u bought less than 100 of them. You guys waiting on the 10 packs may as well cancel and buy from another dealer. We have seen the single mags sell for $13 from Midway. Why wait, when u can have them shipped to you the next day.

I wouldn't cancel. What does a backorder cost you if you still want them? And I personally did finally get my Brownells backorder shipped this past week. I don't at all begrudge Brownells. They honored the backorder, even as long as it took, whereas other retailers were cancelling them outright.
