I've already picked up some Buffalo Bore 158gr +P LSWHC (FBI LOAD) for my 66 snubbie...I noticed they have a short barrel .357 load that is flash suppressed & quieter than the regular .357 load...Anyone already compare these? Would like to know the difference between the 2 on report, muzzle flash, & recoil. The .357 is a jacketed hollow point vs. lead.

I find this statement on the BB website interesting: "Our 357 mag. ammo adds more power than ever before to the 357 mag. This ammo is safe to shoot in ANY all steel 357 revolver - this includes J frames. This ammo is no harder on your gun than any other normal 357 ammo. Please don't phone us and ask if this ammo is safe in your gun. It is, providing your gun is in safe condition for use with any normal 357 ammo."

I've no direct experience with the B/B .357 loading(s)?
What I do know is, that in the three versions of .38 Special stuff (both standard and +P) I saw timed out of a 1 7/8" barrel, were nearly exact (in one case exceeded) it's advertised FPS. So I'd have no reason to disbelieve what was being stated. When they say "low flash" it's also legit compared to canister powders available to the public. It's expensive true. But a gun doesn't hold enough of them to have it starve your children.
