Bulk ammo?

As soon as my permits come through I plan to purchase the pro core 9L 5"

What cheap bulk ammo gives the best bang for the buck?:D

If I can't get remington UMC, I would try to get Freedom munitions for a new Pistol, stick to the newly manufactures, after it is broken in switch for re remanufactured. It works quite well in my shield.

I'm getting along well with SGAmmo. Good service, prompt shipping. Prices are what they are, fluctuate, down as well as up, from one order to the next.

Read the manual for your new firearm, and for warranty purposes, do NOT use anything they advise against (steel, aluminum, reman/reload) until you are happy to take on any repair / shipping costs yourself.

Be sure that initial ammo is SAAMI spec just to cover yourself.

I use Remington UMC, Blazer Brass, Speer Lawman, and PMC as primary range ammo. I've also used Monarch, Perfecta, and S&B, but not all their products are SAAMI marked.

I dont have enough experience to be comfortable with reloads or off brand ammo so stick with blazer brass, umc, and even herters for my full size and compact MP 9's. All brass case 115fmj and i usually pay $10-12 max per 50 at Gander, Cabelas, and Dicks.
2500 rounds with zero issues so im good with that price and quality for my range and practice needs.

I ran across a sale at a Cabela's in SD a few years ago and came home with several hundred rounds of Herter's 9mm. I've not had a single issue with it and find it shoots cleanly as well. Good recommendation.

Great info in this thread. Learned lots of new sites. I'm a big fan of Freedom. Always been great to me. In the 3000+ rounds I've had 1 very small issue with 1 round.

I didn't notice any mention of gunbot which will gives you every online ammo seller in real time, much like ammoseek. I prefer gunbot personally.

GunBot 22lr ammo
