Bullet Catcher

Howdy,
I just joined the forum. I am a SWCA member, US veteran and an avid reloader.
I am trying to design a bullet catcher. I have seen them for 177 caliber, but I would like to catch 38s and 44s. Any suggestions?

Try doing a search on Google For "Bullet Trap"
I'm sure you'll come up with alot of designs & gauges of metal for your needs.. Good Luck!!

Do a search for the the cast boolit forum, there is several good threads there on bullet traps.

I'll go ahead and tell you the best ones used ground tires in a box to stop/contain the bullets, the plus was you could recover a high percentage of the bullets shot into such a trap. 308
