Butter Finger ice cream

Had a "Back to School" social event last night after church. My MBH, (Much Better Half) and I made a 6 quart freezer of homemade Butter Finger ice cream. I ate a small bowl full, there was none left.

Sure was good.

Dairy Queen has Butterfinger Blizzards. Not home-made but still pretty good. And you don't have to do any cleanup.

The last time we made home-made ice cream was for a 4th of July picnic a couple of years ago. We made 3 gallons. 1 each plain, oreo, and strawberry. It was quite popular.
