Is there anywhere that doesn't require YOUR slide to be sent in in order to get a custom slide.

I haven't seen anyone do that with M&P slides as of yet. plenty of people have invested in the tooling for glock slides but for whatever reason no one seems to think there's enough of a market for M&P's. seems strange considering how popular they are but there may be other factors involved as well.

There are a few sellers on gun broker that regularly "part out" guns and sell uppers and lowers separately that might be doing 2.0's if you wanted to get another slide so you can have one factory and get some custom work done to another one.

Stainless Steel?

One reason there's few who will mill a Smith slide is they're stainless steel and the milling equipment (According to Lone Wolf)
won't last as long.
They are doing Shields now but only offering the "race" option.
Stay safe out there.
