How did this guy pass the background check in AZ if he had been arrested 2 times for drug charges?????????

Was he arrested and convicted, arrested and charges droped, or arrested and what????

IMO, unless he was convicted then he had no record to prohibit the sale.

Not convicted. He did a drug treatment option that resulted in charges being dropped once the drug program was completed.
