I'm not sure if you are joking or not.
If not, try this- next time you get stopped for speeding, pull out a can of spray paint, go back to the last speed limit sign, and turn the "55" into "75" or "85", whatever is appropriate. If it works, we're home free!

Great idea Lee, I am heading to the local Walmart now to buy some spray paint. If this idea catches on, the shelves will be void of black spray paint by the end of the weekend
