with shipping, this comes out to right at the same I'd pay at walmart per round (close to 4 cents). thanks for the info

If that's supposed to be equivalent to four boxes of the Federal Value Pak, shouldn't the round count be 2,200, not 2,100?

The price per cartridge is about the same. The boxes are 525 count each.

All of the Federal .22LR bulk boxes I have are 525 rounds.

All my Federal from WalMart are 550 round boxes. The Remington Golden Bullets come in Value Paks and Bonus paks - one is 550 and the other is 525. I just checked and all my Federal are 550 round.

hmm, ive never seen federal that wasnt 550 either, strange.

Walmart Fed = 550. Everywhere else it is a blue 525 box.

Phil, the WalMart brown Fed box has 36 gr hollow points in it. Doesn't the blue box have 40 gr round nose?

I just pulled the trigger on an order, too. Looks like it will be here next Tuesday, 17th.


Got to stock up between now and Christmas when my son and I get our new 15/22 rifles.


The ammo box will be handy. It'll be his duty to tote to/from the range.



Can't beat not having to fight the Walmart crowd....it will just magically arrive to my front door.

The new dry box totally beats the travel shave kit pouch ive been keeping my .22 ammo in haha. Keeps the humidity out and now I got something to put my Magpul stickers on lol.
