Can anyone advise of the correct form(s) to have an FFL dealer ship a gun to a Cali dealer for sale?

My only web connection for the next few hours up till tomorrow will be my phone and navigation on the cdoj website is not very user friendly on my phone.

Thanks in advance

For starters, I think it makes a lot of difference if it is a long gun or a handgun. If a handgun and it's not on the "approved list" it probably won't happen. Long guns shouldn't be much problem though. Certainly not an authority on this sort of thing though.

Thanks...handgun and its on the approve list.

But is your dealer approved? Are they enrolled in the CFLC program? To ship a handgun to California the dealer has to get a Firearms Shipment Approval number from CADOJ Bureau of Firearms prior to shipment. To get that number, they have to be enrolled in the CFLC program.

This info taken straight from the California DOJ FAQ page.
