What parts need to be altered or replaced to convert a traditional DA/SA 3rd gen auto to decocker only?

I'm a fan of the DA only guns, but would not mind having a traditional DA, as long as there's no manual safety.

Different decocker body than the regular manual safety assembly. A bit pricey as a part.

The part isn't fitted itself, although a new sear release lever may have to be fitted in the frame. This is because the lever indexes off the decocker body and sometimes the change in tolerances between the old sear release lever and the new decock-only only body requires a new lever be fitted, which is done by filing a new lever for the particular gun.

The slide must be machined to accept the end of the spring wound around the body of the spring-loaded, decock-only assembly. The Performance Center used to offer this service. I think I paid $105 for the slide modification and required parts many years ago, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's been a price increase.

The newer style railed TSW's received the slide modification needed to accept the decock-only part starting at some point (my original 4513TSW doesn't have the necessary slide modification, but my newer railed 4013TSW does). If the slide has been machined to accept the part, the machined recess containing the hole for the spring leg can be seen just under the front edge of the left side safety/decock lever when it's in the lowered position.

Why not call S&W and inquire about having the slide modified and the assembly installed if it interests you? They can check the sear release lever tolerance with the new assembly and fit a new one at the same time if it's needed.
