Filibuster is not going to work this time due to RINOs, then how about the amendments? Since Biden is VP, so if there is 50:50, Biden will cast his vote to pass the Senate bill.
There are only 45 so called GOPs, some of them will probably support the DiFi amendment (is that possible?) , we need at least 6 democrats, as far as I know, democratic senators from AK, AR, LA, MT, NC, SD are facing reelection, the DiFi amendment still has a good chance to pass
