Can you ID this box of ammo?

I know is that it's tracer 9mm ammo. There are 25 rounds in the box.

I wonder where it came from and how old it might be?

It kinda looks like the IMI 9mm tracers these guys are selling (scroll over halfway down).

It is made Israel Military Industry. The red stripe indicates Tracer made in 1991 (2-91 at the bottom of the box).
