Currently 1:37pm EST.....Friday Dec 1st...Tiger just eagles #9 goes to 8 under and in the lead alone.

Yep....lots of golf left (45 more holes)......but he looks rather good for what he has been through the last 16 months.

have played golf for real, but have been to driving range and putting greens. Golf is NOT easy. Been a Tiger fan for many years.

As a former 12 handicapper who loved to play, I followed Tiger. He brought excitement back to the game. He got the gallery engaged again. He made it fun to watch and he forced his competitors to bring their 'A' games.

Like all of us, he's made mistakes but none that make me wish him ill.

Tiger just wore his body out because of the way he played. I was never a golfer so my interest was casual but Tiger brought lots of fans and interest to the game. I doubt he'll ever be in the top ranks again....there are some very good young golfers who won't lay down for him.

I wish him well.

I also...as he loved the game, and the competition..with his injury's he was unable to enjoy either. He looks healthy, happy, and so far looks as if he has game enough to compete with some of the worlds best.....That could change for sure, but no matter what some think, win or loose, the game seems better with him on the course. ......

After watching him last weekend, it wouldn't surprise me if he wins another major sometime. But, he now has a higher level of competition to fight against than when he started.
