Case Cheetah

Calling all Case knife folks. Any of you have the Case Cheetah ? Thats going to be my next one. I am a big fan. Of C V blades but looks like I am leaning toward stainless on this one. My two top picks so far are the black and white fiber weave, runner up is the pocket worn orange. It has the Cheetah etched on blade.

This model [with the etching] goes back to the early 70's and initially was only in stainless with stag slabs. Haven't followed the variations since then.
FWIW

Prior to the Cheetah - the configuration was the 6111 1/2 with bone slabs. They may still offer this style. The single blade with the swinging guard has been around for quite awhile.

Spend more and get buffalo horn, natural handle materials will see more upside IMHO

They are now made in an array of different scales.
The Caribbean..w/ SS blades.

I love Case xx,never had a Case Cheetah or seen one that I know of.

It is an interesting design!
