Wow, that's brutal, but at least you can get them. Was at a local gun show last night, many vendors had the CCI500's, I increased my for $30/1000.

$35.50/1000 shipped? You didn't get hurt. The going rate around here (brick&mortar) is $35-$40. Sometimes they're on sale for $30 but not often.

I went to a gun show in Oaks PA yesterday and got small pistol and rifle primers for 35.00 ea. The dealers around here charge 50.00 when they have them. Pay in cash , no sales tax, no hazmat charges. Online dealers not only charge hazmat but also regular shipping charges to boot.
also picked up 4 lbs of powder 2lbs IMR 4320 and 2 Hodgon hs6 and 1000 rds of 9mm 115 gr plated bullets.
I usually buy on line but the cost far outweighs the travel expenses to the show. Plus you get to see all the other interesting things there. (1000 tables)

Going rate around here is also $35-$40 plus the governors share. One local shop won't sell them by the 1000. Breaks them down and sells by the 100 for $5. Talk about gouging.

When I see the prices of loaded ammo I'll happily pay the current prices for components.

Yea Mid South has had those for sale for 6 or more weeks now .Same for Powder Valley . LPP are just now starting to show up at distributors web sites .

I just ordered 10k. I have five 9mm pistols to feed this year. I want to save my softer federals for my revolvers and use the CCIs for semi autos. Thanks for the info.

I had to buy some CCI 41s for my son's 300 BO and the GS only sold them per 1000. $50. Fortunately I can use them in my .223 but sonny is chipping in! Reg CCI SPPs are $41 + tax.

The good thing is you COULD get them in volume without any hassle.
Most places put a limit on supplies but that is also a good thing for the body as a whole.

Getting large amounts of supplies, does help take the sting out of the Hazmat fees.................

My local stores charge $35-$45/1000. Then, you have sales tax.
I may have to order some, just to get more of what I need.
Small pistol and large rifle are easiest for me to get locally.

Yep, went Friday night, crowds were half of what Sat. & Sun. is usually. I dealt with Kings Shooting Supply this time, they were cheaper for the primers, and I use their bullets too (Rogers Better Bullets) Better Bullets / King Shooter Supply
