Hmmm, a company that espouses "We got your back!", but won't answer the phone? Did you leave a message? If you did, how long did you wait for a reply? If you didn't leave a message, maybe they were busy. Can't call back if you don't leave a message.
I have never tried to call them, but they were quick to answer E-mails. I received my membership card a week after I signed up. I haven't tried the 800 number on the card. They send a monthly newsletter via E-mail that always has good information.
I believe the idea is that you need to provide some information about who you are and your location or situation so that they can determine who should call you back.
In most circumstances, it seem like just having some office bimbo answering the phone is not particularly useful. If you have a legitimate need, getting a prompt return call from a professional who is ready and able to assist you is useful.
