Raisin Bran, Cheerios, and Rice Krispies have shortened shelf lives around here.

Bananas, blue berries and strawberries suffer the same faith.

Any favorites amongst the gun crowd?

Kashi® GOLEAN® Honey Almond Flax Crunch Cereal.
Since eating it every morning I have the best BM's:D

i'm a fan of the spoon size shredded wheat and raisin bran.
i like adding fruit too but with or without the fruit is ok to me ;)

I confess, I haven't eaten cereal since I was a little kid. By high school I was trying to bulk up for football so it was peanut butter and jelly (x3-4 sandwiches). College we had a great breakfast at the training table. Now I rarely eat breakfast but when I do its usually eggs, hashbrowns, steak, ham or bacon with biscuits and gravy. Have a fantastic diner down the street from my office that sells the best breakfast in town.

Fruity Pebbles, peanut butter captain crunch and many of the other sugary cereals; however, needing to eat healthier I usually go with Raisin Bran, granola, etc.

For hot cereal I like Quaker rolled oats, steel cut oats and cream of wheat, or a combination thereof. I usually mix with butter, milk, brown sugar, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon. It's quite a production. :D

Homemade Chex mix, kicked up a notch with extra butter and seasoning, cashews, pistachios, honey roasted peanuts, Snyder’s Honey Mustard & Onion Pieces and Gardetto’s Garlic Rye Crisps.

Not exactly heart smart diet food, but it’s Sooooo good! :o

I like them ALL................... but

rice Krispy's really take a beating when the is a lot of butter and marsh mellows, around !!!

Loved this treat as a youngster and even more, today.

Health wise, less meat for breakfast and more cereal, is good for you
mostly if you can use less salt or sugar!!

Straight up: Frosted flakes or Frosted mini wheats.
I do like Grape Nuts as a mixer with mini wheats.
And no, even though I like Grape Nuts, I'm not 400 years old

Quaker Old Fashion Oats with cinnamon sprinkled on top, a table
spoon of coconut oil, and one of the following when in season:
blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or peaches. (no added
sugar)

Life and Honey bunches of oats
Maple oatmeal ain’t bad either

All of the above labworm,
Had a bowl of 1/2 Crispix, 1/2 Cheerios, American Walnuts and Craisins this morning, usually my favorite but I like a lot of different cereals and strawberries, and blueberries for sure.

OATMEAL!!! With a touch of brown sugar and butter. No margarine and no milk.

Hold the bacon. I don't care for bacon...and I am still a hockey fan, Rusty.

Grapenuts with a banana sliced up in it.

Cap-n-crunch was my favorite as a kid. I don't buy it anymore because when it comes to the Crunch, I have zero self-control.

Oat Blenders...i like em right otta da box.....

In cold weather it is microwaved Old fashioned Quaker oats, with cinnamon and raisins added. Cooked with Orange juice rather than milk or water, before eating a bit of granola sprinkled on top to give it some crunch.
Warm weather calls for bran cereal in O.J.& yogurt with whatever fruit is on hand chopped up and stirred in, again, granola sprinkled on top.
