Tony the Tiger's Frosted Flakes are my favorites but being diabetic I switched to Honey Nut Cheerios but rarely eat them now. Nowadays it's Quaker oatmeal with Splenda blend with a dash or two of cinnamon.

Since eating it every morning I have the best BM's![]()
Also a side of pork sausage or bacon just to keep it healthy!![]()
