Cereal Killer

Tony the Tiger's Frosted Flakes are my favorites but being diabetic I switched to Honey Nut Cheerios but rarely eat them now. Nowadays it's Quaker oatmeal with Splenda blend with a dash or two of cinnamon.

OATMEAL!!! With a touch of brown sugar and butter. No margarine and no milk.

Hold the bacon. I don't care for bacon...and I am still a hockey fan, Rusty.

Grapenuts with a banana sliced up in it.

Cap-n-crunch was my favorite as a kid. I don't buy it anymore because when it comes to the Crunch, I have zero self-control.

Oat Blenders...i like em right otta da box.....

In cold weather it is microwaved Old fashioned Quaker oats, with cinnamon and raisins added. Cooked with Orange juice rather than milk or water, before eating a bit of granola sprinkled on top to give it some crunch.
Warm weather calls for bran cereal in O.J.& yogurt with whatever fruit is on hand chopped up and stirred in, again, granola sprinkled on top.

I like Bear Naked Maple pecan granola.. Hard to get around here . And my childhood favorite Sugar pops.. Which they call Corn pops now to be PC (lol) I don't like milk on cereal, so I enjoy cereal as a TV snack [emoji4]

Cream of Wheat or oatmeal, on mornings I don't eat my homemade breakfast sausage.

If I eat cold cereal it's Honey Nut Cheerios, original Life, Kix, raisin bran, or Frosted Flakes. I rarely do anymore. Come to think of it, I haven't bought cold cereal for months.

I see cereal in the pantry for the young folks. Other than rolled oats, it is off limits to the Mrs. and I. I recall Raisin Bran being a favorite.

I thought this was about a USAF fighter wing based in Battle Creek, MI The city where much cereal is made... The squadrons use the Cereal Killer name, like a Navy unit puts the Playboy Bunny head on their planes. I think I recall the Cereal Killers flying A-10's. Anyone know?

Actually, I eat Cheerios and muesli and shredded wheat, bite size.
If I add fruit, it's blackberries or strawberries. And I put Craisins in oatmeal.

Cheerios or Rice Crispies with fresh strawberries or a good banana with a side of Greensboro scrapple crispy on the outside soft inside...if no scrapple(can't buy it here) sausage patty or bacon.
