A few weeks ago a ex coworker of mine called me up his uncle had passed he he was in charge of liquidating his gun collection and asked if I would like to look/buy some of them. I went over spent 30 seconds and headed off to the bank , returning shortly with 14k , for that money I got two model 27s (one 3.5") three model 19s , a model 65,24, 14,36,13,10,34,51 (NP) , a colt python and a browning high power all these guns are 98% or better. Sadly I left some guns there but I am not complaining. Its nice to be lucky once and a while!!!

Most came with boxes and goodies too. i left a 1911 in 38 super a colt single action (new in box) A Winchester 22mag lever, a M1 ,Marlin papoose and a Springfield M1A on the table as I had no more cash.

Most of the guns were not on my radar , but I know a good deal , I really dont like N frames at all but at the prices I got them at I could not say no, plus came with Spegel Birdseye maple extra grips

In one of the boxes were receipts for most of the guns I bought ,1959 or early 1960s model 19 no dash for $64 , with some help I will try 2 post some pics of them....just very cool. My mom always told me 2 have a rainy day fund , when it rains it pours (s&w) sometimes!!
