Chrome mod 49

[Leocamp]

Upon pulling trigger the hammer will only move about ⅛ on inch and stops.
I have removed side and everything works fine! I cleaned and reassembled and still same problem! With side plate on but not totally flat trigger and work fine! As as I get plate all the way down. Same problem trigger and hammer won't work! Any help is appreciated! Thanks! Leonard

Is the hammer block postioned correctly?

Is the 49 a factory nickel or Bubba chrome job? Are the hammer and triger plated?
