On October 14, 2012 -- the 65th anniversary of his sound barrier flight -- General Chuck Yeager climbed into the back seat of an F-15 and went supersonic at the age of 89...

I used to see Chuck at Pancho's off & on and he also was a regular attendee at the old Great Western Gun Shows at the Los Angeles FairPlex in Pomona, CA in the 80s. Always a gentleman and very down to Earth. Ed

This was going around on social media today. His 93rd birthday. There was also a pic of when she met then COL Yeager when she was on I Dream of Jeannie.

I never had the honor of meeting him, but did meet her when she played Jeannie, at a TV station.

Got Barbara's autograph and she was very gracious.

I watched the movie "The Right Stuff" in his honor today.

Pretty amazing that everyone here and more thinking about General Yeager in the last month of his amazing life. I hope he knows how appreciated he is. And about Barbara Eden, had the opportunity to deal with quite a few stars ??? depending on how you define it. Young ones for the most part were annoyed that you pestered them , while responding to say their robbery alarm. Other REAL stars like Barbara Eden would wave at you, flag you down and invite you in for some pie, very nice real person.
