Citizenship Quiz

I'm so embarrassed. I got one wrong:

What is one right or freedom NOT provided by the First Amendment.....
speech
religion
assembly ANSWER: pursuit of happiness YOU CHOSE: petition the government

I chose the same wrong one gold...........feeling silly now too.

24 of 25.
Missed the one on which state doesn't touch Mexico.

I'm ashamed of myself.

Dont be too hard on yerself, after all, yer hundreds of miles from the border. things get fuzzy by the time they trickle upyour way. :D

.................... Cant think of the make upfor a requested head butt smiley.

Even if you missed a few your way ahead of the clueless idiots Watters interviews on O'Reilly. I don't know what the hell they teach in school anymore but as far as I can see it has no relationship to reality.

24/25 - - - I missed #7 - - - pursuit of happiness is correct - - - I feel so dumb right now!

Having done the test last year, I can say that most, if not all of those questions CAN be asked.
Did mine in 08. Don't know about now but back then it wasn't just about answering random history questions. They also interviewed you buy talking to you. Just to see how well you've assimilated. I've been here since 88 and by 08 my English was pretty darn good. I was only asked a few questions and that was it. BTW guys these questions are at the discretion of the interviewer. They can ask one or all

I expect that the age demographics of the forum have a lot to do with the scores. Considering what's (not) taught in schools at present it'd be interesting to make the kiddies have to pass the test to graduate from high school.

23 out of 25 If I failed would I get deported?
Probably not. It's all at the discretion of the interviewer. You can pass with flying colors but have a DUI and fail because that interviewer only cares about infractions of the law. The next interviewer won't care about a DUI or a speeding ticket or your answers but will care about spelling. ...and so on. Also if you fail you can to do it over again next time

100 percent. I'm not bragging, though, considering the site this was on, and who might have written the questions. ;)

23 out of 25. One of the ones I missed was a stupid mistake. I knew the answer but checked the wrong box. Other one was who was president during WW1. I just took a guess that it was Roosevelt and guessed wrong!

I'm guessing the exam for immigrants to get in are more difficult that this one.

Just glad I was born in America and don't have to take a real test.

However, I did ace this one.....had to "think" about a couple of them.........man, that hurts!!
