Are they still in business? My emails are answered with an automated reply and no one is answering the phones.

Has anyone had recent business or correspondence with them?

No recent contact but I hope they are still in business .
My favorite place for gunsmithing work .
Will keep an eye out and see what I can find out .

The downfall began with the death of Jim senior and continued with the passing of Jim junior. They've been on life support for a long time.

I had them tune a revolver for me 10+ years ago and I recently tried reaching out to them to have then do another. Same results… radio silence. Their web page says they answer phones one day per week but they never picked up when I tried on those days. I read elsewhere that Jim Jr’s kids are no longer involved and the reason that the email is not answered is because one of the kids was the only one with the password…… regardless of the reasons I have not heard of anyone who has been able to contact them successfully is a very long time. They did great work and I was looking forward to having then tune another revolver for me.
