Cleaning and lubing my new M&P15T

Can anyone refer me to a detailed instruction set that describes how to clean and lube my gun? I'd also like to know how to lube the troy battle sights because they seem kind of "gritty" and the windage adjustment knob is really tight. It almost feels like it's about to seize up.

Any help is greatly appreciated....the sooner I get it cleaned and lubed, the sooner I can go shooting!
