Very rough extrapolation would put the 13xxx in 1919/20 and the 19xxx maybe 1921.

Probably 1920 for the first one, 1922 for the second. But remember the usual proviso that only a letter will give a true shipping date.

Closest .38 RP I have listed to either of your SNs is 147xx which shipped in 10/20. I list several in the mid-10xxx SN range which shipped in late 1919. If you assume early 1920s shipping for both, you wouldn't be incorrect.

We can tell more by their features:

Do they have the original grips numbered to the gun on the back of the right grip? If so, do they have recessed gold medallions or no medallions?

Do they have a S&W trademark logo stamp on left side of the frame?

A little farther out, but #27862 dates to Dec, 1925.
