The shield does not have a stop lever on the right side to keep the chamber open. I tried this morning to Rack with my non-dominat hand and it was impossible..
Any ideas, pictures videos as to how I can accomplish this?

Doesn't the Shield have a last shot hold open feature? Use an empty mag and the slide will lock back. Is that what you want?

If you're talking about just cocking the gun while holding it in your weak hand you wouldn't need the manual slide stop.

Are you talking about releasing the slide after inserting a loaded mag with the slide locked back? If so can you release the slide by pulling back on the slide after the mag is removed? If so then when you insert a loaded mag simply pull back on the slide and release. Make sure you release the slide completely so it goes forward fully.

I hope this is not too confusing and it helps you.

I'm a bit confused by what you're asking too.
If you're referring to dropping the slide, using the slide stop as a slide release left handed... Forget it. You'd need to pull back and release with your right hand.

If you're saying that you're having trouble pulling back the slide and releasing it with your right hand... All I can say is practice more, so that you can.

There are lots of alternate techniques, like those posted for female shooters on 'TheCorneredCat' website... Like grabbing the top rear of the slide (overhand style) with your non-shooting (right) hand and pushing the pistol forward with your shooting (left) hand. I've shown this technique to losts of people who have trouble racking the Shield... The last time was just yesterday and it worked great for that person.

If I am understanding your question, this is how I as a lefty hold my shield to operate the slide-stop using my left hand.

I have to rotate the pistol slightly, and exert force with the center of my palm against the bottom corner of the grip, while racking with my right hand (lacking a third hand to take the photo, just imagine my right hand is on top of the slide). Then just use your left pointer finger to push up on the slide stop.

It's a bit awkward, but it works if you need to do it. I agree with the others that an empty mag is the easiest way to do it. Generally though, I just switch the handgun to my right hand and operate the slide stop like a righty.

IT DOES. I GUESS I WAS JUST TRYING TO DO IT WITHOUT A MAGAZINE IN, HOWEVER, IF MY DOMINANT HAND IS INJURED, I WOULD HAVE TO COCK WITH THE WEAK HAND.

YES, I UNDERSTAND. THAT HOWEVER IS DONE WHEN NEW MAG INSERTED AND RACKED TO FULLY LOADED STATUS RIGHT?

I GUESS WHAT I NEED TO CONTINUE DOING IS MORE CONDITIONING OF MY ARMS, WRISTS, FINGERS SO I CAN HAVE AN EASIER TIME WITH THESE TASKS...

I hope this is not too confusing and it helps you.

IT DOES HELP ME. THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK

YES SIR. WILL DO..

I DID NOT THINK OF DOING JUST THAT. THANK YOU. I WOULD PREFER TO MIRROR THE ACTION I TAKE TO RACK WITH THE RIGHT HAND AND HOLD MY SHIELD WITH THE LEFT, BUT I'LL TRY NOT TO BEAT MYSELF UP IF I CANNOT DO IT THE COCKING BY RACHING TOWARD THE BACK OF MY LEFT SHOULDER... I KNOW I AM BEING WORD-Y NOW...

THANK YOU, I TRIED TO COMMENT INSIDE YOUR QUOTED MESSAGE, SO I AM NOT SURE IF IT WILL WORK NOW THAT I AM ADDING A FINAL COMMENT HERE...

Thanks! Will keep on training, learning, practicing...

That picture just looks wrong. Here is how it should look:

Dude, a tripod is your friend. ;)

Even so, that's a nifty idea, but requires more dexterity than necessary. You can use the second knuckle of your trigger finger to do the same thing. Like this:

This way there is no need to change the grip. Thus a stronger grip for manipulating the slide.

You can also use your pinky of the support hand to manipulate the slide lock while racking the slide back. This is tough to do with the Shield though because it has such a stiff recoil spring.

Being left eye dominant, and right hand strong side, this is always my concern when purchasing semi autos. One of the main reasons I gravitate to the M&P.

What I found is while at the range, I rarely use the slide stop. Empty mag, locks the slide open. Insert loaded mag, pull the slide back slightly, let go and it drops right into battery.

If I need to lock the slide before my mag is empty, I drop the mag, cycle the slide to eject the loaded shell, then (if my M&P wasn't ambi) I would switch hands to lock the slide back. As I do with my 1911.

It's amazing, with practice, how quick you can be.

I think the easiest for me for now is to hold my Shield with the non dominant hand pull back with thumb and two fingers, unless like you guys say the mag is in... Thank you all for the feedback.

Why is it that these F***ng machines like to correct my good typos and make them into something that is nona of their business to change?
