Col. Beckwith favored the .41 Magnum revolver cartridge and had several S&W revolvers in his personal collection. I will post images of some of the others soon.

I was wondering what Charlie Beckwith would be doing with a 22 semi auto target gun (Model 41) Isn't that a Model 57? It IS a nice gun and a piece of history on several levels.
 
Those look like custom skip-checkered, open-backstrap Herrett Trooper stocks. Mucho nice!

Click on edit in your original post. When the screen for editing comes up, you will see Save Go Advanced Cancel. Click on Go Advanced. You will get a screen that will permit you to edit the title.
 
I met him at Benning years ago and he autographed a copy of his book for me. It got stolen later, but it was cool to meet him.
