colt m4

Im a 15-22 guy at the range today me and a buddy were shooting he has a m4 colt anyone ever had any dealings with one i know they are a pain to clean i wouldnt take two of them for one 15-22

Despite the attacks you'll get here about the M4, my shooting buddy has one and likes it quite a lot, preferring it to my 15-22. He had a few problems with light strikes early on, but it's reliable now and shoots accurately. I still prefer my 15-22, but wouldn't say the M4 is junk by any means.

My buddy loves his and his solution to cleaning it is don't.

Oh, you are talking about the Colt .22 AR. I thought you were talking about the real McCoy, like this (right)

They are pretty doggone sweet Don't know about the .22
