Colt New Service, Anyone?

If they made one, would you buy it?

Take an Anaconda, shorten the cylinder a bit to save weight. Make a light weight barrel like the S&W Mountain guns. Mountain Guns are selling like hot cakes right now. Colt should cash in on the trend. I like my Anacondas. But they weigh a ton compared to my old 629-4 MG.

Make em in 45 Colt, 44 Special, 7 or 8 shot 357, 41 Magnum, 10 Auto.

A 4 inch 44 Special, New Service, I'd buy one right now!

I've thought Colt should use the Anaconda frame...add a different profile barrel...add adjustable front sight...chamber it in calibers such as .38 Special, .357 Magnum, 10mm, .44 Special, .44 Magnum and .45 Colt...a few other retro enhancements...and call it the Shooting Master. That would get some attention...but it's a polymer and tactikool world now so outside of some true aficionados it probably wouldn't sell all that well.
