I'm trying to clean up a little, put some holsters away & establish some semblance of order but this one waylaid me & I wanted to share it. There are several things I love about this holster-the two stamps, the hammer protector, the Franz-Loc belt clip, the functional appearance & the Evaluators Ltd. association. It also fits one of my favorite revolvers, as evidenced by the maker inked CM for Combat Masterpiece or Magnum. That's a factory refinished Combat Magnum in it, purchased from a Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent many years ago.
I'm always on the lookout for any Evaluators marked holsters. They marketed Heiser & Berns-Martin holsters under their Quick Draw brand, supplied holsters & firearms for military trials & armed spooks, soldiers, LEOs & regular guys.
Enjoy the photos-here is a holster with history made for everyday use.

Neat! How come I never find stuff like that? Guess I'd probably have to look in Witty's safe. :D

About what years would they come from John?

Great holster, John! And the gun ain't bad either...
I like to find Evaluator's stuff. I have a few holsters so marked and one gun which letters there, complete with the receipt signed by Flora van Orden.

I wonder how the Franz-Loc clip feels against the body.

Have you worn this rig with a belt?

Sure looks looks like a fast and positive rig to hang and remove.

Always great to see your fine holsters.;)

Thank You

John
