Great snag! The Combat Masterpiece is one of the BEST guns to ever leave the factory. I have three of them.
Depends on what the Blogosphere we all know and love says, but I would shoot it with a fair amount of +P to get its BZO and shoot practice sessions with standard pressure with a few +Ps mixed in.
You WON'T blow it up. Remember: Today's .38 +P is not too far off of yesteryear's standard pressure .38 Special. Enjoy the gun.
If you need a Tyler T-Grip, PM me, I'll send one out to you. If you're interested in preserving the Magna wood stocks, use Howard's Feed-N-Wax. A Q-Tip with FLITZ will clean up the grip medallions nicely.
