I've got to slow down but picked these up at what I thought was reasonable. The 6946 was about $280 including shipping transfer etc. the 6906 and the 908 were about $300 each OTD. And I'm still waiting on the CHP guns.

Nice family picture. Don't you need another blued one to even it out? A 3014 or 6904 would fit right in.

Hmmm, let's see, from left to right: Nice, nice and nice!

Add 'em all up and one gets "really nice!"

Sounds, looks good to me.

Later.

I'd left one out that I've had a few weeks

That cleaned up nice........ I've carried a Shorty9 as a high cap 9 since the mid 90s............... who knew there would be so few; and that the PC production quality would fall off from"building semi- custom guns" to slab sided barrels and extra porting!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've scored a anib 6906 and still nib 6904 since the New Year................ average cost was about $290.

Have to confess to getting a full Size M&P9 at $300 couldn't let it pass as I needed a railed gun. With the 2.0 M&P's wondering if we will see more 1st Gen M&Ps for sale; used and cheap...........have to confess I'd go for a Compact M&P9 at $300

TNZ ........ don't slow down....... get them when and while you can.........it's often feast or famine......... while I scored two in the past 5 months..... I bet it's been 5 years since I saw one for sale in a LGS.

So "If the price is Right"!!!!!!!

You are missing the CS9

A collection should have one or more CS guns.........but got to say they just don't do anything for me........ was looking forward to getting one ..... held one and just went .............aaaaahhhhh... naaaaaa!

I have a stash of 7rd flush fit 3913 mags.... so I could duplicate the same OAH; the rubber grips were IMO awful for CC; short and fat.......the boxy slide profile..... I was hopping for a 9mm; with the grace and style of the PPK, with some nice Hogue checkered wood grips.

I was the same way. I bought a LNIB CS9 years ago and just never warmed up to it. Anyway, after a few years of ownership I sold it for a nice profit. I will say they do hold value though for SS guns in excellent shape. Heck, I even had an original set of Big Dog grips....those are just not out there anymore.

Full speed ahead, son! Damn the torpedoes!

Me three. I hunted one patiently, and when I finally scored one, I was back to my 3914 in a week.

There's nothing wrong with them, and I shot it well, but didn't feel it offered anything over what I was currently using.

If I did find a nice worn blued one with Big Dogs on it, I would snatch it up, however.

The CS9 is not a decoration or "Euro-Accessory". It is an accurate, dependable, tough little shooter that you will be happy for in firefight if not a fashion show.

LOL.... Rick,I did not mean to offend....

Let me clarify; by the time the CS9 came out I had ..... several..... 3913/14s and NL's..... a stash of magazines and several Spark's holsters.

My hope when I heard about the CS9 being added to the 39xx line...... I envisioned a slightly scaled down 3913 or maybe even a petite NL...... about the size of a PPK chambered in 9mm.

What we got instead, IMO ; was a scaled down 908...... a good gun..... but IMHO the plain stepsister (with a plump butt) of the 3913/14s

Like comparing a Stalingrad female sniper with Wonder Woman !!!!!!!!

:D

...with the grace and style of the PPK,,,

I'm sorry (and I say this as a big SW auto fan), but that pistol has nowhere near the grace and style of the PPK.

I had one and liked it, although I never thought of it as a pocket gun. I only sold it because I found a pre rail 3913TSW that I like a lot better. That too is definitely not a pocket gun.

My pocket gun is a Bersa Thunder 380CC, which is more or less a copy of the Walther PPK. Good for what it is, but not my favorite to shoot or carry.

You can add to me never happen "Wish List" a 3rd Gen in 380.
