Complete upper

Anybody have a complete upper for the .300Whisper/.300AAC Blackout? If so, how do you like it? Did you order direct from S&W? Thanks

Tagged, I have been thinking about getting one. Supposed to be great for subs. Living in California we are not allowed such privilages. I would still like to know how people like it. I was thinking of it for 150 yards and under purposes. The S&W uppers are not cheap, I have heard some decent things about the CCMG uppers for half the price but I am sure there are reasons for that. I asked a little on here about it and not many seemed to like it, who knows. Maybe someone will be willing to give some feed back. Good luck.

In the latest (2012) Hodgdon Annual Reloading Guide (Magazine). There is a great write up on this particular set up. There were a lot of good things said about it but performance past 125 yards were not one of them. According to the article ballisticaly they are identical to the 7.62x39 round. And really are limited for hunting. that being said, I would still love to have one!!!
