For a set of 50-75-100 year old revolvers that are already collectible......absolutely.

I partially agree with colt_saa. There is a bonus and it's that you get to say, "I own a pair of consecutively numbered revolvers." Just grin when you say so.

My Son and I bought three stripped AR-15 lowers with consecutive S/Ns. I thought it was kinda cool to have them.

If there is it's tiny. 5-10%. And then only to the right buyer. It's not something that will double or triple their value.
As in every interest area of firearms, there are collectors of consecutively numbered handguns. To the right buyer they can bring a premium and it can be substantial.
The main people who see no value in consecutive pairs tend to be people who don't own them and never have. I've owned several different model S&W handguns with consecutive numbers and they always brought a premium price when sold....
I own a pair of NIB 125th Anniversary Commemorative Mod. 25-3s that have very low consecutive serial numbers. They were made in 1977 and I am the original owner. Would I sell either to split the pair? Not on your life! Would I buy other particular models that are consecutive pairs.... in a heart beat if they are the right model.
