Is it possible to convert any of the S&W .22LR/Mag revolvers from
6 to 10 shot?

Depending upon dash number and grip type you may be able to sell it for more than a new(er) 10-shot one would cost. Something to consider.

Of course you can't just drill 4 more holes in the cylinder and call it good, but you should be able to swap out the cylinder and perhaps the hand to give proper carry up, and be good to go. On the other hand, that leaves you with an excess 6 round cylinder (which shouldn't be that hard to sell, in fact I would probably be interested) and a gun that has probably become less valuable than when you started. Unless you are very attached to this particular gun, gr7070 probably has the better idea.

Regards,
Froggie
