Convert a 10 round mag to 25 possible?

Would be real hard to make a law that was retroactive - as long as you live in a leagal state unpinning a mag or a stock should be no big deal. Future evil items will be marked with some restriction but what would be the point in even making restricted hi-cap mags for a .22? No military or LE application for such.

My local police supply sells a TacSol Lights Out suppressed SBR rifle for LE use. TacSol's version of a 10/22. Uses are for street lamps, porch lights and dogs.
