This time it’s a Carne Adovada Burrito.
Carne Adovada being Pork marinated in Red Chile Sauce and then baked.
With Beans, Rice, Cheese and Lettuce.
Open Face with the Tortilla pulled off center in a shallow bowl.

Nice presentation. Yum. You can also use cabbage instead of lettuce.
