I was watching a cooking show whose host cooks a lot of Cajun style food. Some of the products he uses are from a company called Cajun Powersauce from Abbeville,LA.

Some of the products look mighty tasty and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them.I'm always looking for new things to wake up the taste buds.

Their Cajun Power Garlic Sauce is great! Not very pepper hot, so if you like the burn this one won't do it for you. But it has great flavor. I love to put it in beans and rice and many other gravy type foods.

What turned me on to this company was that (like Sriracha) their products give you some heat without sacrificing taste.

I love garlic so anything with it will be a must buy.I'm still looking for that one item that will kick up that taste of smoked pork, chicken or ribs.

Yep, their garlic sauce works well with those too, coltle6920. I've also added a dash to macaroni and cheese to give it more flavor too.

I have seen this stuff around, but never thought about trying it. I might have to take a look at it. Another good one is Jack Miller's BBQ sauce. It is a Cajun BBQ sauce, and very different from any other on the market. In fact its one of the most unique sauces I have ever used. It smells great when cooking and taste even better!

There probably isn't one BBQ sauce or all-spice that can replace all the bottles in my fridge or cupboard but I keep looking and testing.I've never had one that I hated but I've always wondered what could be done to kick it up a notch.

It seems that when I cook I always have garlic salt, onion powder, cumin and Sriracha on the counter no matter what I'm fixing.I'm probably overthinking the process and confusing my taste buds at the same time.

Just can't leave well enough alone,I guess.

Try Bon Caca, comes out of Louisiana. You have to order it on line but it is great on ribs, loin, veggies. We bought a case and gave some away for Christmas presents.
