I AIWB my snubbie in a Sideguard Minimalist with strap as opposed to a clip as the snap strap allows me a bit more freedom of adjustment when sitting.
I do find the seatbelt of my car somewhat restricts my draw so I found a maker on the Bay that makes crossdraw holsters and I asked if he would make me one with a strap as opposed to a clip.
About a week later I got this and it works perfectly. Low cost, (under $35 delivered), thin, stiff enough to make a reholster easy,
and the strap allows a slight cant adjustment.
Ijis is not a fancy formed to fit work of art, but it is exactly what I needed.
I have no personal involvement with this maker and he only sells through the Bay and I don't want to violate rules here about giving out "Bay" names so if you have questions PM me and I will get back in a day or so.

I've been carrying crossdraw for some years now. I don't use a dedicated crossdraw holster. My holster was proably intended more for a 3 o'clock position but it works extremely well for crossdraw also. The slightly reversed cant actually tucks the butt of the pistol in really well. Unlike most carry arrangements a crossdraw is un-noticeable when driving. Also, with the pistol belt looped to the outside it's not necessary to wear it super tight.

For crossdraw I have become quite fond of Ken Null's VAM (Vampire)
driver's holster. It has the pull-through snap on the retention strap,
and it works flawlessly.

Definitely jealous of that holster. I want one, but don't want to spend that much on one without trying it first. But, getting recommendations like yours may change my mind.:)

boykinip - I think you will be surprised by his turn around time.
When I ordered my RSS it was in my mailbox just 8 days later.
My VAM took a few days longer, but not very many.
I hope you enjoy it. I do mine.
