That's why I just picked up a CS9... totally MUCH more concealable... and it shoots great too! And it's metal... I'm "old school" and just don't want a plastic gun. All metal is good (in my way of thinking). Plastic is lighter but will kick much more as a result and reliability reports are still "pending" on so many of them. I want a concealable metal gun that I can trust to go bang in a pinch... I think I have one now. I'm a happy camper!3913 to the far left, CS45 on top, CS9 on the bottom. 3913 has a slightly longer barrel, and slightly taller grip.

I agree they are great pistols. You just don't see them listed on GunBroker for sale. I guess with summer, so many states adopting conceal carry laws and our fine President, people want these CS pistols. I even think the CS-9 would work in a pocket holster.

I am very blessed I got my instructor certification in May 09 because I became motivated to research and pick up my first semi auto which was a NIB CS9.At that time A gun dealer bought out all of S+W's new overstock and put them for sale in Gunsamerica.Be patient because they do come up for sale every now and then.BTW I did a little search and find and found a place selling them @ a good price http://www.gunandsport.com/products/pistols/smith+wesson.html ....God Bless......Mike
Thanks Mike, but at almost $600 I'll have to past for now until funds allow. Rodrockingoff, I guess my "search" on GunBroker missed that one. Hope you got it for a good price and enjoy it.
