I have a CS9 which has one or two springs and maybe another part under the rear sight.
I can not find a diagram with the parts listed.
I moved the rear sight and what ever was under there went flying into the wild blue yonder. I need what ever they were.

Help please.

There are a total of four parts under the sight assy.......numbers are listed below:

firing pin safety lever plunger 1032601 (stainless steel)
firing pin safety lever plunger spring 105780
ejector / depressor plunger 101420 (plastic)
ejector / depressor plunger spring 06230

You probably lost just the spring, or springs. Check inside the two cavities and confirm that both the plungers are present.....one is plastic, and the f.p. plunger is steel.

Try calling S&W Customer Service first. 1-800-331-0852

If they don't have the needed parts/springs, check with Numrich, Midway or Brownells. I know that Brownells has the parts in stock....you can look for the part numbers to confirm they are correct under one of the other semi-auto models, like the 5906. (They don't list the CS9 in their schematic list) The parts are the same for the CS9

Photo below shows the firing pin safety plunger on the left (steel), and the ejector depressor plunger (plastic) on the right. They may still be inside the slide. (Note that the plastic plunger may or may not be white)

Thank you so much.
I searched the net and still need to drag a magnet over
the carpet yet.
This site is like a gold mine.
Thanks again.
