So I'm after a little more recoil spring for my CS45. Neither Wolff or ISMI have anything for the gun. My stock spring measures as follows:
I would like a heavier spring to counteract some contouring I've done to the slide which has resulted in it being 6% lighter than stock. The stock spring is about as big as it can be so I doubt there is much hope, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Anyone have any ideas of where I might go next?
- Free length = 3.0"
- Outside Diameter = 0.423"
- Inside diameter = 0.263"
- flat wire stock is 0.080" x 0.025"
- Number of active coils = 17 (not including end coils)
- Battery Pressure = 3.85# (spring compressed to 2.40" overall length)
- Full compression Pressure = 15.65# (spring compressed to 0.51" overall length)
