Shooting Times just had a great article on this and the full size 5 inch. A lot of pistol for under $1600.-.

They show up on Gun Broker, and the first ones went for below list ($1350) in early January, but lately have gone much higher. Try Guns America for a better deal; I just got the "Bobtail" 4.25" there for $1379 and the full size 5" for $1399, both from the same dealer.
