First years ago I dropped a 5906 and damaged the front sight . They sent a replacement no charge.
Second Bought a new 617. I did not notice the barrel was clocked . It a also shot high with the sight bottomed out. They paid shipping and fixed the barrel . Also changed the rear sight and sent my original back. About 2 week turn around.
Third recently bought a Bodyguard 2.0 . Had the recoil spring issue . They sent me a replacement. Had the same issue but at least they sent it no charge.
I purchased a new model 43c in may 2025 and had immediate issues with cylinder and frame so called CS and sent them the revolver. They responded that it needed new frame and cylinder and it would need to be sent back to my ffl.
To my surprise when opened the box it had engraving in white letters on the cylinder. I mailed it back to them again and included receipt from bud's gun shop. I expressed to them that I would like a refund and CS specialist and his supervisor agreed to get me a refund.
The CS supervisor told me he had my check on his desk (6/18/25) and it would be mailed out on 6/25/25. I just talked to them today and young lady said they were still working on my refund. Looks like they have problems in their repair facility in Tennessee.
Have any other members had similiar problems with S&W customernservice? Thanks
Sent my brand new Shield Plus CC back two weeks ago because of FTF and the trigger pin walked out.
250 rounds and the dam thin jammed every single magazine, all with premium ammo.
No word back from S&W or my FFL that I purchased from.
